Such an awful experience dealing with this dealer. Nearly a month ago put a refundable $1000 deposit on a car I decided not to purchase. Non stop "will get it paid can let you know," but no actual refund. Can't get anyone in management to call me back. So thankful I did not buy from this joke of a company. Guess I have to dispute with credit card company.
JP is your guy to ask for when looking to purchase. Very attentive and communicated the entire process. Wasn't overbearing or pushy for the sale. He asked all the right questions and then went to bat when I had a price point in mind. Accommodated my wants and now I'm completely happy and satisfied with my 2016 BMW 550I. We came down to Miami from Canada on vacation. When we arrived at Mazda we met Juan. He came out and try to figure out what was going on with our trunk not opening we thought maybe it might be battery. And then the manager came out he said well let's try the battery so they have the tools to unhook it and hook it back up quick time. All very professional very very friendly. Would 100% recommend this message dealership.
